Any personal information provided to And-Med.com will not be sold nor given to any third party. Information will be used only in a manner to accomplish an agreed transaction of goods and/or services. Subscribers may receive occassional information about special offers on products.

PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards - We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) that are backed by a U.S. bank.
Checks - We also accept checks and money orders. Checks or money orders MUST be drawn from US bank.
Papal: We accept paypal payments

Wire Transfer: We accept bank wire transfer, domestic and International.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, you may return it for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please call AND-MED at 1-877-242-6520 to obtain a RMA number and have your Order/Invoice number available when you call. Returns with no RMA number will be refused.

Returned merchandise must be sent back in a box with the original packaging material. All items of the product must be return in a like-new condition including all accessories and manuals. Failure to do so may result in either a 15% restocking fee or rejection. If the return is a result of our error or a defective product no restocking fee will be applied. Software purchases are final and cannot be returned unless And-med.com advises otherwise.
Returns will not be accepted after 7 days.

SHIPPING POLICY
The default shipping method will be UPS ground service. If you need to ship it faster, please contact us to change shipping method.
